This week in Greensboro, North Carolina at the Wyndham Championship is the last week for PGA pros to earn a chance at qualifying for the Fedex Cup Playoffs which begin next Thursday August 27th at Plainfield Country Club in Edison, New Jersey. The Barclays : 1st Tournament in the Fedex Cup
When: August 27th-30th at Plainfield Country Club
Who: Top 125 in the Fedex Cup Rankings qualify for the tournament
Where: This tournament always follows the Wyndham Championship and it rotates between different golf clubs around the New York metropolitan area. The courses are Ridgewood Country Club, Liberty National Golf Club, Bethpage Black, and Plainfield Country Club.
Previous Winners: Matt Kuchar (2010), Dustin Johnson (2011), Nick Watney (2012), Adam Scott (2013) and last season Hunter Mahan.
Deutsche Bank Championship: 2nd Tournament in the Fedex Cup
When: September 4th- 7th at TPC Boston.
Who: Top 100 players in the Fedex Cup Rankings qualify
Where: Every season this tournament is at the TPC Boston which is located in Norton, Massachusetts.
Previous Winners: Charley Hoffman (2010), Webb Simpson (2011), Rory McIlroy (2012), Henrik Stenson (2013) and last season Chris Kirk.
BMW Championship: 3rd Tournament in the Fedex Cup
When: September 17th-20th at Conway Farms.
Who: The Top 70 players in the Fedex Cup rankings, also this is the first tournament with no cut after 36 holes.
Where: Unlike the other tournaments this one varies widely across the midwest from Missouri in 2008, to Indiana in 2012 and Illinois where is has been 5 of the 8 years. In the future the tournament will be played in Chicago, Indiana and Philadelphia.

Tour Championship: The Final event of the Fedex Cup and PGA Tour season.
When: September 24th- 27th in Atlanta, Georgia.
Who: Top 30 in the Fedex Cup Playoff Standings. If the winner of the Tour Championship is previously in the Top 5 in the Fedex Cup rankings then he would automatically win the Fedex Cup.
Where: This tournament is played at East Lake Golf Club which is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
